Patty Morelos

Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Morelos, Principal of CORE Property Management, born and raised in Southern California and educated at the University of Southern California, has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the property management and real estate field of which over fifteen (15) of those years have been as an integral part of our CORE Team. Leading our Team as President since 2018 with her varied experience in industrial, office, retail, residential and commercial property management, her focus is on client satisfaction, integrity and a personal approach. Currently attaining her Broker’s License, Ms. Morelos uses her excellent bi-lingual communication skills, in English and proudly also as a fluent Spanish-speaker, to build rapport with her clients, tenants and the numerous vendors in our network of industry professionals. Her roles include property management, asset management, leasing, marketing, and administration of construction and capital improvement projects. Inspiring our Team to work together for our clients’ success and living with a sense of gratitude by meeting each day with positivity and hard work.

Tania Aragon

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Aragon also co-Principal of CORE Property Management, and our CFO, has excelled in the Property Management field since joining our Team in 2015. Her attention to detail is at the forefront of ensuring that each property’s financial profile is both thorough and accurate and that our clients have a full understanding of their investment’s financial standing. She too utilizes her bilingual skills to consistently address questions and make recommendations that will benefit our clientele. She currently holds a Real Estate Salesperson license and is in the process of attaining her Broker’s License. Her focused duties include overseeing our Accounting Department in addition to her roles in property management, asset management, leasing and capital improvement projects for some of our most tenured clients. Her mantra of accuracy and diligence is reflective of the pride she takes in exceeding our clients’ expectations.

Barbara Berger

Director of Accounting

Ms. Berger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and has been a real estate professional and part of our CORE Team for over twenty (20) years. Her accounting and property management background combined with her outstanding communication skills provides a valuable service to our CORE Team and our clients. Her no fail follow-up and her ability to keep us all on schedule in our day-to-day operations are key to our Team. In addition to her excellent customer care, she offers professional Notary services to our clients whenever needed.
